Belts for a V6
What's the going rate for them to get done by a garage these days ? Anyone done them recently ?

Mine are due again! Russell of MGRover Solutions did mine last time. This time I’ll probably do it myself. Belts plus water pump would be around £550-700 bracket these days. If cheaper than £500 I would snap that up, I think the book time was around 8 hours.

Done Moonshines belts myself, didn’t use the tools. Just cost me the price of parts.

You really should use the tools, they set everything back to how it should be.

Not had any issues on the ones i have done so far. Literally about 24 hours ago I changed the ones on the Moonshine ZT-T 180.

MJS don't do KV6 belts mobile, it was one of the reasons he got a proper garage.

Kayleigh allkins does these for £450 from memory inc all parts. Bargin if you ask me :-))
