Mates got them in his and says they are useful especially when stationary - if its peeing down the water doesn't run into the car.
Think his are these:

which fit into window channel.Genuine MGR ones at stick on IIRC

So far i've only seen them for the front windows as an Xpart part. Don't think i'd have any need for the back ones but the car may look a bit funny with only the fronts done.
