Yes, I was on that track day in my first ZS180. It was absolutely precipitating down that day! The day was run in conjunction with MGR, who paid for the food They had several of their arrive and drive cars there, as well as a race MGF.

£6.37 a lap? Track days are pricey! Shame as i would love to do one but wouldnt be able to justify the cash, hope you get to go and have a cool time!

Compare that to a 'rally experience' though (about £12-15/lap) and it's not bad at all.
