Hope the dust caps are s/s, I bought some ebay cheapie ones. rusted themselves onto the valves. had to get mole grips and a spanner to get them off.

Hi Peter, thanks for the comments, the caps are the richbrook items, and i have put some copper grease in there aswell just to be safe! lol

That splitter takes me back to when I made one for my old Rover Vitesse, made from Makrolon and fitted to dia 12mm x 50mm spacers, think I lost that a few times! I'd be interested in how you get on with those upper arms as think they are somewhat weak imo.

Awesome Zed!

question: What did you use to heat-treat your exhaust and is it a diy job?

Good luck with the splitter (and everything else, it's never ending.. :P)

I wouldn't say they are any weaker than the std arms! And they work well enough. Intact I'm sure they are just std arms that have been drilled and fitted with a 4 bolt balljoint

Ollie, we're you at FCM Motorsport the other day? My mate said he saw your car there. He was having his car geo checked (blue Gsi turbo with orange calipers and white wheels)

Those pro race wheels look smart! Nice std look
