Its not that bloody bad lol !

Could be better admittedly, i would like to use BMW non insulated crimps, these are epicly good, and tiny... solder is ok, but lets face it, where ever you need to make a join its never gonna be oe... these crimps are only on the lights, wiper motor, and clock.. these are the only plugs i have changed, and at least they are water proof.

Also, i would prefer these joins here rather than on the management loom.

Ta on the clutch though, it seems to be a perfect fit now

Mate, the wiring is tidy, but as you say not like OE!!, I would have done the same used slimmer heatshrink tubing and used Flexable conduit, to make it even more OE looking

Incidently... another issue with keeping the air con

Sure it would work, but it would eventually rub through, so i got creative with the ZS 180 top hose

Just waiting for the reducer for the stat to complete it.

Also, ordered some hose for the return pipe, i put it like this first.

But it looks tacky, i think it would be better to fit the 600 rail (it just fits with my new top hose) and then follow the throttle cable back to the expansion tank.

More parts are on order atm, really need the clutch and cooling system sorted now

What is that thermostat housing from, looks nothing like the ones I've had or got?

Currently I have one from a A+ 1300 which has a 90' to the engine outlet which suits my radiator location and the overflow outlet is on the top. I did have to elongate the bolt holes slightly to make it fit.

I made my own solid thin coolant pipes from IIRC 8mm cooper pipe painted black.

With yours I think I would follow the drivers side wing to the header tank, the other routing is just too long for me.
