What I'd do is get the one with the best body as everything else can be replaced
Typhoon paint is a piddle to match, very easy, dont listen to the Hype, all the people that say this have never even tried to paint it

Go Typhoon james

Is the Spectra car the one on Ebay that is'nt actually Spectra? It's a nice looking Zed but the belts are well overdue

It ain't the Aqua colour either, yes it is/was but belts desperately need doing and wont budge on price?!

It's Spectre as it came from factory like it - it has NOT been painted

I do agree on the paint being from the factory!! It's to complete, to perfect to be a respay but it is'nt Spectra as flip is to strong!! Maybe it was a custom colour?? It's a nice looking 180 that I'd love to have on my drive. Sadly it will go out of my price for it add a couple of hundred for the belts, pump and tensioner and it'll be into good MK2 territory which is way to much for what it is underneath the stunning paint !!

If you are on about the Mk1 180 in Northwich its not a MG colour, I asked the seller when it was listed the last time. and he told me it was an insurance re-spray becuase they couldnt get hold of the MG paint. Looks like a great colour dont get me wrong but it is a respray. He gave me the colour code which was TCCP.

Cheers,
Matt

This seller was dead sure it'd never had any paint since factory!
