The womens medley x 4 went a bit wrong with their best swimmers `resting` & then we didnt qualify.........someone's in trouble me thinks 
Chinese lady lifting 159kgs...............nearly 24stone!!!!!!!!

Did anyone see Rebecca Adlington in the 800m freestyle final?
What a performance! She wiped the floor with the rest of the field, not only did she break the world record set in 1989, she also won by 6 seconds over the one in the silver position.
Outstanding! British and her second gold!

They ought to, so many heroes in this games, better than I expected. Just waiting on Ben Ainslie to do his bit, I feel sorry for the sailing competitors as there has been no wind at all where they are competing.
