looks easy, spent 4 hours get the BMC induction kit refitted. still got two problem...
1. the airbox stick to wire netting which is quite hot, will this cause problem?
Try to seprate them, but no enough space. Any difference between MK1 180 and MK2 180 in terms of enginy bay's space?
2. after fitting the cold air intake next to the left foglight, and drived around 15mins,\
then opend the bonet to check the induction kit, it looks stable and solid. but the aircon pipe seems leaking? not sure if I broke it, just heard the sound of water dorping, is that normal when u opened the air-con when u driving?
will post some pics tmra, so people may can help me to solve these problems
Cheers
Kai

Wire netting? do you mean the Radiator? If so you don't want the BMC touching that else you'll need a new one, cos you'll rub a hole in this one!
Aircon pipe seems to be leaking?? Eh? Never heard of that before...
Oh Dear @ the leak... just take it to a garage and get the mechanic to fix it!

I can't imagine the previous owner would have missed something as fundimental as that... I would suggest that the BMC hitting the radiator would have caused the leak... after all you were working in the area at the time before it happend...
