Seems a very good price for what you get!!!

Is it a good track?
Would be a bit like driving your own car around though (in the 180)
why tyhe heck would youy pay £175 to drive pratically the same car around a track bloody nuts. just go for a proper track day in a Ferrari for that money

thats why i think its a rip off davey

Because you get some decent on track instruction and you don't risk your own car, seems like a good price to start your track day experiences to me.

The reason I liked it being a ZS180 rather than, say, a Ferrari is that I would be getting tuition on driving what is basically my own car (individual 180s cant be that different from each other!). If it were a Ferrari it would be a cool experience, yeah, but then I'd get back into my car and be no better able to control or use the car than I was before (well maybe slightly, in a general way, but not specifically).

I was back there today watching the racing... heres one of their 180s:

I saw a yellow one too, with the same sort of decals I cant be spending the money just yet, but Im having a clear out on ebay as we speak... so maybe soon

Your forgetting the tuition, MGF and one seater as well and 26 odd laps in total !!!. Its not just a ZS180. Plus the ZS is a great car to take round the track anyway...... You dont get to drive on the road like you do on the track and when its in someone elses ZS even better .

You can pay £100 to do only a few lap in a Ferrari.
You will learn a lot more doing this. Sounds like a great learners course for the money!

i was pissed when i typed that response matey

I still personally think the price it cost still is a lot, i can understand that driving the same car with tuition would help you to understand the charactristics of the 180 a lot more but IMO again if youre not used to it by now and dont kno its limits you aint driving the 180 hard enough.

Well i would go for it hun cos as you say its experience in a car you know and as its your first time on a track, it would be well worth it.

Then you can go onto something special!

Yeah I've had the back end slide out then snap back... also had the front wheels understeer a few times with my old tyres. Getting a proper feel for these kind of things would be good though, as its really not safe to learn it on the roads!

I think Ill go for it... just need to save up some pennies first
