If it were me, (it's not ) I would respray then vinyl the gills etc. That way, if you really dont like it, its no great loss.

i know what you mean but its not the end of the world to get them sprayed back, ive seen the photoshop and ive seen kevs black gills on his grey car and i think itll work well

other thing im going to do is get the arches clear vinyled to stop stone chips on the inside edges and the small bit on the rear door as they have always been really bad there

on another note bought a genuine mg rover clutch so that should be here tomorrow, same mob i bought one off last year and they sent me the gearbox instead haha so see what turns up in the post, hopefully a new engine or something
