well im going by what the manual and haynes says and im pretty sure ems says its 60 to 180 is def 90
|

haynes says 60 or 6 years or 90 if not heavely used prob y most peeps do it at 60

just trying to find it on rave, but its defo 90k thats when all the k series belts get changed

my rover 214 was k-series and it was 60k change but that was an 1997 reg and my zs is a 54 any thing diffrent

strange how the user manual that comes with the car dont say the same tho as in it says 60 not 90
