Cambelts have been done, think it was august can confirm when I get home, but were only done not long ago

Yes I have but my bank being as awesome as they are took nearly all of it to pay off a big chunk off a loan :/

ah if whats happend i think has happend a friend had the same.
banks can do what they like if you owe on a debt and you put cash into their trust!!! there is lots of other information to go with this that may not be goodto say in public.
my opinion and experience is to change banks!!! asap

Planning on doing so  - going up the highstreet tomorrow. No way am I avoiding paying my loan but everytime I put money in it it's leaving me skint and more than once in a sticky situation, I can't have that.
