When I was considering a Mitsubishi FTO v6 and using Autotrader search, stumbled across the mk2 180 and had to have it.
Bought it and had no regrets!

Saw my first yellow one at the motorshow 2002, fell in love there and then. Heard one on the road,in 2003 and just loved the v6 noise. Never thought Id own one, until last year. Then just looked everyweek until I found him.........

Sometime around 2004 when I had my Rover Coupe Turbo.
There was a TB 180 about 400 yds from my house and I wanted it so bad but they were far too expensive then!!! So glad I got one now though, just wish it went like my Rover did

2005, wanted a zs, dealer only had a zr. Had that for 3 great years, met loads of great mates but knew I still wanted a zs. Got my old 180, stupidly got bored of it after 3 years and I have been trying to get back In a v6 ever since lol I like my 120, but miss the smoothness on a v6

I fell in love when my dad first took me for a drive in a mk1 tb zs and felt amazing and again when he got a yellow mk2 180 the magic never stops

I actually can't remember. Id wanted a mk1 ZS in trophy blue when I was looking around at cars around 2005/06, but couldnt afford one at the time. Got a ford escort instead whilst I was in uni.
Then I was looking around at them again a while later, and found out there was a mk2 version which looks a damn sight better than the mk1.
Got some money through last year, and went off to see a mk2 180 in Chester, guy took me out for a test drive to show me what it could do, and I was amazed as he floored it and I disappeared into the back seat. Awesome cars. Never fails to bring a grin to my face (well, except at the petrol station).

We were considering a scobby but the once in our price range locally were all driven by chavs, my wife found this at a trader in autotrader, we went for a test drive around south London on a Tuesday evening and I thought it wanted to go quick, paid my deposit, they did a belt change service and I collected it on the Sunday, drove 10 miles through traffic to the start of the M23 and my first change to give it large, 3 years ago and still loving it.
Then Mrs TC decided she liked the styling but wanted a smaller hatch so got the ZR 6 month later.
