The chap who bought the car from new and the owner before me worked for SMC and didn't want the high level spoiler and opted for the lower one.

The car shown is as said, just a mk2 kit put on, if he was going to spend all of that money why not do the dash as well?

It looks nicely done. Even looks as though they've fitted ATC, so it maybe a proper job, but would be need to be given a good personal prod to make sure.

That is extreme, ATC is not plug and play on the mk1, needs splicing of the looms and changing the heater box and changing the control valve for the heating.

IIRC, there was an option of the ATC that the Mk1 came with from the factory was also available on the Rover 45 too,

I asked the seller the question so he added a picture to the ad.

He also confirmed that the car has mk1 electrics as it has a lucas alarm.

So all in all just about my ideal ZS apart from the colour, boot spoiler and all my little touches on mine.
