tbh i think its the fact that i have always been involved in sport. played football from the age of about 6, do a min of 4 sessions a week down the gym, weight training and boxing.
boxing involves a lot of skipping rope work so that keeps me reasonabally fit.
if i didnt smoke or drink and lost my beer belly i honestally dont think ill be alot fitter.
