Ok as a rough estimate looking at that size i would say somewhere around £80-£100 tops. The type, number & shape of exit wont really matter as i would mould the diffuser in 1 piece then modify as per your exact application, that way you get exactly what you want & as a one piece unit will maintain the parts integrity. Price would be lower but the material cost goes up a lot when over 1 metre wide. Also depending on how many are required we can drive the cost down as i can press the supplier on cost too.

I'd be very tempted at that sort of price, I need to check out the feasibility of a centre exit exhaust as I think the spare wheel well might cause a problem with routing.

There might be quite a few takers for these diffusers, they fit the mk2 rear bumper really nicely.

I'm thinking of selling the original plastic one on now.

Mould for the C/F one?

At £100 I'm in.

I could make it available for a mould.

Looking at that picture reminds me of something -

There is an engineering company who can do some awesome stuff including one-offs & is currently machining solid alloy power steering caps, along with other stuff for the engine bay.
When i get mine next week ill post some pics up for you.

At that price I'm well up for one I also don't mind guinea-pigging for the centre exhaust maybe with a Megane style shape exhaust.
Civic triangle shape.
Triple exhaust ala-F458 haha
The styles could be endless!
One on each gap.
I need to get photoshop up and running again tomorrow!

That carbon fiber engine cover looks nice. Bit shiny for my liking but nicer than the original!
