I need the following:

1. What version of windows do you use?

2. What is your IP address? (www.whatismyip.com will tell you)

3. What is the output from running "tracert www.themgzs.co.uk" in a command prompt?

If you need step by step guide to any of them let me know

Right. I have it confirmed that Sky have some Major DNS issues, but seem to be telling their front desk not to admit to them.

You can fix the issues by changing your DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google's DNS Servers) which are actually faster anyway...

If you want step by step instructions on how to do this (cos it is sounds rather technical, even though its not that bad) then PM me or FaceBook me and I will provide the details you need.

It is safe to leave the Google DNS servers in afterwards should you want to, I do this frequently on other PC's

thought it was me, Big Thanks to Sam.

I went to Sky and after running up and down stairs to turn the router off/on, computer off/on said they didnt have any problems.

Sam is very good, I can just about turn the computer on or off, but he got it running again.
