I will be looking to ditch all the chrome. Ideally I'd swap it for Copperleaf ZS bits but I don't think too many Zeds were that colour...

Had another look at the car today, apart from being filthy the paint is perfect. I'll need a set of door cards and carpets since both are beige! The brakes were sticky but freed off pretty easily. I whipped the battery off and stuck it on charge, so the hopefully I'll be able to fire it up next and have a few parcels arrive soon. PM if you've any spares that can help me convert the car!

Looks a good base to start on, pplanning on keeping the cream door inserts? Think it would look good with the wood trim changed for the MG silver inserts but keeping the original inserts, paint will look cracking after a good clean and polish

Not sure what I am going to do, I'd like to swap it for mkI ZS cards. I'm also not sure its copperleaf, I think it might be Nightfire, I need to check the paint code! What do you chaps reckon? Hopefully know when I can collect it next weekend.

Well I've picked up a few of the easy bits on eBay, bought a grille (?10), badges (need a boot badge though!) and a set of 17" mkI straights with tyres, so there's a little bit of progress!
