Speak for yourself, mine was at 160 last time on the dyno with issues too...

getting the 'new' hybrid injectors sorting shortly then another trip to the dyno for a remap to see if they fare any better

Yeah, but how much have you spent on getting it to that stage? The Alfa is 170 standard, spend that much again and you're into a whole new thing!

Shh...dont ask awkward questions
i admit it has been alot in monetary sense.. but i would say half has been labour... hell it has been on the dyno for a remap 4 times now, that is adding up as is everything else...

and i love the alpha brera, that one is not too bad but i am not 100% sure i like it.

I'm not too taken on the Brera, would seriously love the Q4 v6 version, but it's like £435 a year tax alone!

Well .... I was fairly open about it. I saw the Mk2 "55" plate x-power hatch which had alcantara. I've wanted alcantara since I ever got interested in the MG ZS. The X-power one got sold and I had the cash out to buy it. It wasn't anything to do with NOT wanting my old Mk1 ; just that I also wanted a Mk2. Couldn't have both.

Anyway - I was going to put the money back, kept a look-out on autotrader and found this Mk2. Couldn't believe my luck to be honest. It got traded in on the Sunday afternoon and I saw it on the Monday.

20K - One 52yr old owner bought through the MG owner's club with alcantara and large spoiler upgrade. It's come with a wallet full of history including the brochure and price lists for the time.

So ... after some time, here are some pics. I've not washed it at all since I got it and it's been driven in the slush and frozen for a few days so when given a good wash and polish, it'll get it's own thread.

And .... Where's my birthday thread .... ? 39 today !
