Yep. Unfortunately I'm M4 bashing to and from work nowadays. I've done a couple of spells driving to Aberystwyth from Crosshands daily. My 306 non-turbo diesel used to manage it in the same time as my E-reg 1.6 petrol Escort. Cracking roads interrupted by milk wagons, cows and goats. About 7 proper overtaking spots in 60miles - PIA on some days.
If I were to be handed a project in Aber now I would be torn between the enjoyment of the roads and piling too many miles on the zed (and the likelyhood of me driving in to something!) I did 35k in the first year, now on 55k at 27 months old.
