Not a happy bunny, just looked at the new insurance documents for the ZS..

The ZS is £300 odd more a year than my ZR was.. My policy finishes in January..

So they've split the extra £300 odd over the last payments making my monthly insurance £290, I cant afford that.. Theres no way I can pay that..

I think I may have to get rid of the ZS..

Think I would query that.

It is usually treated as a change of policy, not a cancellation, used to be about £30 for the change plus any increase for the additional cost of cover. Less its all changed.

Who you using???

Think I'd ring a few and see what the normal practice is, then threaten them with the Insurance Ombudsman.

Thieving whatsits.

£150 is not a realistic fee to be charging, my company charges £27.50.

We had the ZT on there as we used it as a second/spare car which we have just sold as of last week so we tried to get that removed as well and they want an extra £150 to remove that also.. :/
