you dont need to MOT or VIC check it if you kept the V5  , mine had just passed the MOT when mine got hit, and i never MOT'd again untill it was due again, didnt have a problem with taxing it either, mine is still on the register of needing a VIC check but doesnt affect me as i still have the V5

you sure about that steve yeah as i still have the v5,had to tell them ref nos etc off the v5 but,could i get away with doing that

well they aint budging on the price guys looks like am fooked on this one,get ma car back tomorrow at 2pm,and i will get 330 off ma insurance,been a tough week to say the least

Bad times mate! Look on the bright side though, you will make a **** load back on the parts.
rough guess
engine - 500
spoiler - 200
interior - 150
wheels - 200
headlights - 50
grill - 50
brakes - 100
pannels - 200?
Thats nearly 1500 and theres more to sell, add the plate and your more than 2000
