Hi everyone!

A quick update, I've semi stripped the car, rear seats, rear seatbelts, boot linings in preparation for eventually a full weld in roll cage - more on this in the future!

After this I weighed my car on the same weighbridge I've always used and resulted in ..... 1140 KG! I was very impressed, same fuel level and fluids etc as every other time.

My car is on the rolling road tomorrow (Sat 26th) so am looking forwards to see what Ultimatezs is putting out!

One last thing.......... a sneak preview!

Be interesting to see the RR results, we are having one at Fareham 9th of February 2013.

Good to see someone putting so much effort into the ZS.

Hi sneekyparrot, regarding r arb I'm not 100% sure atm, last time I looked it woyld have been Eibach.

Dave, on the rollers my car made 198bhp and 179lb/ft. I was initially a little disapointed, but was advised if I got the car remapped I could see another 20bhp as the fueling at the top end could be improved.
comparing this newest graph to my old completely standard graph from the same place I have gained everywhere with a very strong torque curve and very good power at the wheels throughout, I wonder if the lightened flywheel helps in this respect?
Off to Reidys asap lol!

I didn't see in the thread if you did fit the cams? You were talking about getting them done but no confirmation, was trying to get a feel for the power figures you got and how another 20bhp could be gained from the remap, I am assuming the cams have been fitted. Matt will do a stirling job for you, he is very patient and will take his time to get the optimum for you.

It'll be interesting to see what he can get out of it once mapped, should be 215 minimum surely? Cams and manis are the only mods I don't have and probably never will due to the cost of them and the availability of the verniers for the cams. Plus I need to get my Torsen box rebuilt. Still good fun all the same.

That's not a bad result considering you haven't had a remap for the cams. I think 20bhp might be a bit optimistic though. I recon a 12-14bhpmax increase with a remap. Will be interesting to see.

Those discs look interesting...?
A alloy bell setup is somhing I need to look into with the brembos
