I know this is an old thread but i was just looking at some of the things people have done to there Zed's over the years and couldnt help but notice your steering wheel Smokey, wondered how you managed to get the silver inserts in it. Kinda reminds me of the old Vecrta Gsi steering wheels, looks great. Did you buy it like that or is it a mod ?

It might be a MGF or TF wheel, I think they came with coloured inserts.

It doesnt look like its made of fabric. Looks more like plastic, similar to the old Vectra Gsi or Audi RS4 with the flat bottom steering wheel.

before mine was a completely standard derv with the 180 kit and monaco seats... externally the only visible changes are front fogs fitted, the exhaust and the FMIC... oh and now it puffs a bit on idle as well....
