the mg has gone

2002 mg zs 180 has now departed and a 05 mg zt 1.8Turbo has arrived. very pleased with new car. A lot more luxary and creature comforts than the zs. did think about moving away from the rover mg badge but couldnt bring my self to do it.

Sounds nice mate! I had a test drive of a 190. I loved the big car feel of it, but the handling of the zs won it for me. The faceleft zt's gorgeous. Whats the drive like compared to the zs?

its a nice drive and a smoother ride but i agree the zs is a better handling car. its atchually quite quick and beleive it or not its only 0.3 seconds behind the 190 in a 0-60 mph race

i am currently having 34-36 mpg from it doing similar driving to the zs which i was only getting 23 mpg. its not as quick (0-60 in 8.5) but still enough to have some fun. its a nice power delivery especially when the turbo kicks in at about 3k

looks like a nice one there. Never seen that colour on a ZT before either.

I quite fancy the ZT route myself, but it would have to be the V8 lol
