I am selling my K&N Apollo enclosed induction kit. It is about 6 months old and in excellent condition.

I have had it fitted to my astra and it gives the best sound out of any enclosed kit that I have heard. Also gives a performance increase, my car is 167bhp as standard and it made 179bhp on the rollers - some of the increase due to the kit im sure.

What does this sound like compared to a Piper X?

Does this matter where it is located, ie should this be routed to inner wing but cooler air intake?

Lots of question I know but would need answering but I showed real interest.

it will still need a cold air feed from either the wing, under the car, or the fog light apature.

sound will be similar to all other enclosed induction kits, and a little quirter than an open cone filter

this would need to be mounted like the bmc cda. i.e a 90 degree elbow off the throttle body straight in to the filter and then the CAF run to where ever fit.
