Rover 414si/ZS replica (ongoing project!)

Hi all!

This is my little motor. Not a ZS but sporting a few ZS bits etc! with more to come!

Pictures show car from when i bought it right up to a few weeks ago. Added rover mudflaps since final pictures!

This is how i bought the car. Already had the ZS wing and tinted windows. It was filthy when i had it and had the dreaded HGF! In this picture i'd added the MG badges and the exhaust trim.

New wheels! And the picture after shows homemade centre caps!:

A few interior mods came next. MG gearknob and airbag (leather wheel too!). Colour coded wood trim and an MG cd player and rear headrests fitted. More coming soon as well!:

And finally as the car is now apart from mudflaps!:

Hope you like it!

Mark

Just shows what can be done to transform a Rover, good job. Wouldn't mind having one as a second car, that's got me thinking!

Cheers for the comments guys! I only plan on some more submods really. Don't wanna over do it. I need new brakes soon and exhaust so prob use ZS180 big brakes etc seeing as they will fit now i have big wheels! Not sure on exhaust but that'll be later in the year nearer mot time! Got an exhaust heatsheild from a ZS to fit but needs trimming as my bumper is slightly different shape to the Zeds. Might get a renault laguna front splitter for the rear bumper like this car i saw (i think it looks good):

Eventually i'll get some 180 side skirts but that'll be about it for the mods then (i think!)

Mark
