tcb 180 will become famous soon enough
Three Years on What's on your clock

Been out of MG 180 ownership for around 3yrs now. Still pop in now and then to see what's going on.

Nice to see your commitment to the marque.

Just wondering what sort of mileages you now have on the clock and any major issues encountered?

hmm 100 and something K on the ZS.. not entirely sure as it is on extended holiday again lol.

think there are about 2.5k miles on the fester that would not have been if the Zs was around...

No major problems, but just delays sorting stuff out as ever... ah well, it is only time I am losing

98,500, 2nd owner from new, had about 15k when I bought it. No major issues in 11 years of ownership (actually the only issue is having enough spare cash to do what I want to it!). Otherwise the only items being plenum, clutch slave and the usual wear and tear. Still puts a smile on my face

107k on my mk2 XPG 180 saloon. Used as daily driver, 50 miles a day and had it for getting on for 2 years now.

No major issues just usual wear and tear. Managed to blow up the transistor pack for the ATC as the motor seized on the coldest day last December so was a few days without heat. Managed to source a replacement (used) blower motor and I had a spare transistor pack so all good. Got my old transistor pack repaired my technozen so still have a spare!

Treated it to 6 new coil packs plugs and plenum/tb clean last weekend; feels like a different car! Pulls much better.

BMC CDA with the elbow pipe from dark ice to go on this weekend weather permitting.
