Breaking K series turbo ZR

Copied from ZR forum, but fundamentaly the same as ZS.

I recently put together a 1.8 K series turbo from stuff i had lying in the garage and I've decided that im gonna build a higher spec one for my express. This coupled with the actual turbo on this car ruining a bearing. I knew it was suspect before fitting but its now done its purpose.

Folk think this is a weekend conversion, they're sorely mistaken. Buying this though, makes it a whole lot straight forward.

So in brief.

Z&F turbo mapped ecu - decoded so plug and play £200
Complete K series turbo engine with everything swapped for use in ZR. New timing belt. 160 inlet. £500, can throw in goosed turbo for recon purposes.
Front mount and hoses/pipe work £150
Bolt on dump valve £60 - very loud.
Hi spec 4 pot brakes 330 mm kit with near new pads, new nipples, new bolts and skimmed rotors £500 (£1100 worth of kit)
OZ superleggeras 17" with near new yoko paradas on front and near new nankangs on rear £350
TF red steering wheel and coupler £70

Pics and details to follow
