What would be the reason for my passenger side window slipping out the rubbers when winding them up ?

If i push the glass then it moves and i can hold it in the correct place until its closed

Possibly the mechanism has come loose from the door, but more likely that the rubber channels that the window slides in need lubing with some silicone type grease.

In my experience the mechanism comes loose as it fights the unlubed channels, pop the door card off and check the 3 bolts that hold it in place.
