MkI Rear Bumper

my rear bumper sticks out slightly at the sides, at the top (just below the rear light consoles) looks like they should be in tighter. Now I think the bumper may have come off it's brackets and is
a, causing a whistling noise where the gap is between the bumper and the rear wing and...
b, causing an annoying rattle that I notice when I go over bumps

I think the easiest this to do would be to remove the rear bumper completely and test for noises

Is there a kind member out there who fancies posting a little 'how to' for rear bumper removal - I am very much a novice when it comes to the spanners!!

Cheers guys!

Hi Andy

You seem to know about bumpers mate. Ive got a big gap beetween my rear n/s quarter and my bumper. I can see a small white plastic square with a metal clip in it, and it looks like its supose to hold the bumper tight against the wing and under the rear light. I cant get the bumper to stay in the clip and it looks like the bumper has sank in one corner. Every time i force the bumper back into the clip it pops straight back out again. And even when i force it in you can still see a gap.

Any ideas ?
