Just priced up a few items from e-bay for the car, without getting the cambelts sorted, i could quite easily spend £230 in parts!!

Think I'd bite the bullet and get the belts done, if they go its the end!!!!

Can then sort the other bits as and when, without the fear of wondering if the belts were going to hang on in there, every time you go for a spin.

Just had the ZT-T up on Kwik-Fits ramps, my mate works there, and we've found out what's wrong with the Lambda sensor!! Whoever last did anything with it or the exhaust managed to wedge the cables between 2 heat shields with the inevitable happening! Two of the three cables are basically cut!! So i've decided to buy a new one and get it changed next weekend aswell as the inlet manifold!! Should all be done for the meet on the Sunday!!

Scrap the last post, gotta get it up on ramps tomorrow and gonna take lambda sensor out and crimp the cables back together again (hell, i am an electrician after all!!)! Gonna see if this works before going and splashing out on a new sensor which is gonna cost nigh on £50! Of which we really can't afford at the mo!!
