This was a professional T16 conversion on my maestro -

Incidently... another issue with keeping the air con :roll:



Sure it would work, but it would eventually rub through, so i got creative with the ZS 180 top hose :lol:




Just waiting for the reducer for the stat to complete it.

Also, ordered some hose for the return pipe, i put it like this first.



But it looks tacky, i think it would be better to fit the 600 rail (it just fits with my new top hose) and then follow the throttle cable back to the expansion tank.




More parts are on order atm, really need the clutch and cooling system sorted now

What is that thermostat housing from, looks nothing like the ones I've had or got?

Currently I have one from a A+ 1300 which has a 90' to the engine outlet which suits my radiator location and the overflow outlet is on the top. I did have to elongate the bolt holes slightly to make it fit.

I made my own solid thin coolant pipes from IIRC 8mm cooper pipe painted black.

With yours I think I would follow the drivers side wing to the header tank, the other routing is just too long for me.

The thermo housing is from an aircon 620ti.

I like the Copper pipe idea, it looks neater and more oe.
