It's going to be a long week... roll on Saturday!
Got the insurance and stuff sorted last night so it's all going smoothly so far. That's one of the reasons I love Elephant insurance. Phoned them up and explained that the ZS policy runs out 2 weeks after I get the RB, and it's going to cost me to end the ZS early and start a new one, and upgrading the policy I have just now for 2 weeks will cost me in admin charges - so the nice girl on the phone has switched all the details over just now for nothing to save any hassle on Sat when I pick it up
2 weeks insurance for nothing can't be a bad thing!

That is a stunner! Mine is missing the fog lights but I'm looking into that
Is he on the RB320 owners club?

I'm going to get a nice certificate when the ownership changes too with the car number ect on it.
That's what you call customer service!

Or is that what you call tempting fate?
Maybe I'm being a bit cynical but that is not a great selling point!
Didn't the McLaren F1 offer an engineer service globally and came with a modem port and full tool kit supplied for the owner in the event of a breakdown? I seem to remember that the owner could plug in something and the faults could be downloaded and said engineer sent anywhere in the world, tools already there for them to use.

Wasn't that the same sort of service that came with the MG SV via Sport and Racing?
