Went down to Wales this weekend to see the other half, decided in advance to go for a picnic/spin round the valleys, so took the Zed..
Saturday was gorgeous, so from Cardiff up the A470 to left onto the A4059 south to Hirwaun.....Stopped halfway (see map) as we were eating picnic, "beep beep beep" driving past slowly waving was a XPG MK1 180 hatch. Didnt catch the number, but was well chuffed. then on way through Maesteg saw another TY MK1, waved at by the owner, and just before we got to the M4 a TY ZR flashed headlights and waved.....
Shame its so far away, as the road down to Treherbert and then up the other side is BRILL. Was the only one one road in places, and boy did I chuck him round the hairpins, with him sricking to the road like glue, and me with a MASSIVE grin on my face......
