120+ boot leak!!!!!!

My spare wheel well has filled half way up with water, I've sealed what I thought it was and it hasn't worked.

Any ideas?????

there is a small plastic square type breather thing,with a rubber flap,on the l/h/s of the boot,mines was leaking on my last zs,i also had to seal around it on my zr,as it was leaking,sometimes the rubber flap gets stuck open

The seals on the rear light units leak as well, I took the bung out the bottom of the spare wheel well so the water can drain out

So a lot of mgs leak then?

Not lights or spoiler, and I've seen that vent thing but it doesn't seem to be from there either :-/

The lamp seals, top of the strut turrets, the seam at the wheel arches, the seam at the the side of the lamps where the boot seal sits as well, the bumper clips, and at the flaps haha

And from the lip spoiler screw holes as I have now discovered since I had a swimming pool in my wheel well!
