1.4 zs for sale on ebay.. Unusual

I had heard that MG Rover did do a 1.4 but have never actually seen one !!

It was an Irish option cheaper tax, but dont think they were sold in the uk

The 1.4 MGZS was ONLY available in Southern Ireland, but a few did get registered in the UK, it was the same as the Ford Focus, that was only available as a Van in Southern Ireland, but wasnt available anywhere else.

Its a late reg 55 plate so probably was destined for Ireland but got registered over here because im sure when MG-R went under all exports were stopped. I know theres a load of left hand drive MG-R's that were registered and sold over here aswell that were left over when MG-R went.

Yea probably. I was speaking to the guy i bought my ZS wheels off. He was an ex longbridge employee and he's got a LHD MK2 ZS TD with the full 180 kit and he bought that direct from the factory in 2005 when the administrators were selling everything off. He got it brand new un-registered for £4500
