Personally I prefer the Saloon (for reasons stated in other posts) but that is a very nice example of a MK2 hatch! Even I'd be tempted... (MK2 Hatch is so much better than MK1 hatch in my opinion)

Good advert (someone certainly has the gift of the gab) but as said before, age-old discussion!
Personally I would say buy Chaz's derv hatchback, because other than the engine there isn't a single thing that you'll find in that 180 that can't be found in scrapyards and retro-fitted. Then with the combined purchase costs and ongoing running costs, you'll be laughing all the way to the bank.

PS Ditto

Blade9274 is on a distinguished road
I really like the saloon with extreme spoiler.
I brought a hatch because our buggy would not of fitted into the saloon.

IMO saloon looks better but hatch is more pratical when you have a baby.

I have two kids... never ever had a problem with practicality on either of my saloons... I had more problems with buggies etc when I had the hatch... the saloon was, and still is, more practicable for me

That's a very nice ZS, plenty of bs in the advert, good to see plenty of pictures of a car that is clean inside and out, some history, cambelts done, I prefer saloons personally, but it is a good spec.
