What to do?

In two minds wether to sell the car or keep it. To sell I would want about £1500 although it's a mk1 it's low mileage 43k passed mot yesterday and taxed till the end of feb. Full leather interior. Or do I keep it and leave it on the drive and use it in the summer for 6 months.

Be surprised if you got that for it - that really is top money for a Mk1 - even with the low miles and leather.

Might do though - who knows ... ?

You will miss it though. Nothing out there for the money that is a better car - Nothing.
