Bonnet scoop

Should have put this with my other post, i know sieve like memory.

on the question of cold air intakes and where to route the chappie to get cold air, has anyone considered fitting a normal cone induction kit but supplying it with cold air through a bonnet scoop? a la ram air method, just a thought as i'm considering it but would be interested in any thoughts, there are some nice scoops around and i can get the bodywork done pretty easily and cheaply too.

R8NMG will become famous soon enough
Stick the cone induction into the inner wing. Plenty of cold air there rather than a silly looking bonnet scoop on a MG.

Yeah, a suttle scoop may look okay, although I will never forget the horrific one that did the rounds on barryboys!

a bonnet scoop on a zs will look pure Disgusting, and its also been debated hundreds of times over, the best place for an induction kit on a 180 is ib the inner wing

It was put on the car by Janspeed (?) for the Sprintex supercharger.
