differences between the 45 and the zs?

I'm sorry, i'm sure this topic has been bought up a thousand times but i couldn't find anything about it when i did a quick search.

i currently drive an mg zr but am seriously considering upgrading to something nicer, but don't want to leave the mgr scene.

i'm 19, no ncb and pay 1250 as a named driver on the zr

so the best i could do insurance wise is get a 110, however if i got a 45 i could look at getting a much bigger engine

i'm looking for a mk2, about 2005ish with uber low milage, and would fit a zs180 kit and get myself a set of zs180 wheels on there

however, other than styling, what differences exist? i know the 25s and zrs have a differnt steering rack, throttle bodies, exhausts and throttle cables as standard. what performance and handling differences does the 45 have with the zs?

baring in mind i will be looking to splash out on a set of coilovers and a decent exhaust system

thanks

You will be lucky lol they are non exsistant. If you did manage to find one it would be cheaper to buy the mk2 180 than buy the kit.

scrappies up north breaking one that has had hgf but by the time i get a 45 i'm sure it will have gone, he wants to sell it bit by bit to make more profit too

i've seen the one on ebay for 800, if its been on there a while, i'm sure he would accept a cheeky offer
