What back box...?

I have a very puny looking exhaust which i don't think compliments the warble from the engine! I'd like something not too loud or expensive, and just the back box as the mid pipe looks nearly new. I may invest in an induction kit later.

So maybe someone has a backbox for sale or can recommend one, pls?

I have a ZS hatch 2001 1.6 (I know, they didn't make a 1.6 in 2001 but that is what the V5 says!!)

Look forward to replies!

..........
Was it imported from the Repuplic of Ireland?

I am guessing it doesn't have the cut out in the bumper or the heat shield?

It does have the cut out and the heat shield, and it is rhd.

Am I right in thinking that a back box for a 1.8 hatch fit mine?

How about this one? Does anyone have any strong feeling about sportex? Do you think it'll fit my 1.6 hatch?

Had Sportex on my BRM, the internals can rot quite quickly but do sound great and look great

They should fit all ZS k-series engines. just need to make sure it's for hatch or saloon

Is it loud though? Does it drone on A roads?

What do you have now? I'd like to spend less than 200 notes!

Not to loud at all, about the same as the Janspeed system. Don't have the BRM anymore got a piper on my MG ZS but thats a 180 so different system.
