To be fair mate it would be worth more to you to break it and then weigh the shell in once you have sold everything

Thinking about it have you checked starter motor leads earth leads coil packs or even the fact that the auto guys fault reader was even working properly failing that it has to be something to do with the immobiliser if I'm thinking correctly the key fob has some sort of proximity sensor on it if the fob is ok it could be the receiver apparently the fob can be no more than a few inches away from the receiver so maybe the receiver could be faulty I may have named all the things that you have already done but with the amount you have spent on it it would be a shame to get rid

yes checked all earths all wires ect starter turns fine and engine turns over fine just doesnt ignite or inject, but the power is there, i had fualts come up on old ecu but dont on the new ecu , i might try the old ecu imbolier box and ring , i got the whole lot of one car and imobliser light goes out when i turn ignition on and or unlock car ect so just wierd no one can work it out, all fuses and relays working but the auto lec says must be ecu but ive just replaced the whole lot out of another car so dont see how this can sstill be problem ....... so frustrating lol

It's worth trying mate just as a last ditch effort maybe a combo of the old immobiliser box and new ecu may work or the other way round
