Rear lights?

Why is there Zs models with different rear lights from the same period eg.2002?

I like my style the best, they look much better, but whats difference? Trim for example?

The only difference I've noticed is that 400 rear lights have a tinted section over the reversing light, all the zs should be untinted afaik

Your lights are standard issue same as Rover 45,
Some people have fitted Lexus style after market Jobbys or tinted them.
Personaly I think on a Red car like yours the Standard ones suit it.

Hatch and saloon are different as well.

It is possible to fit rear lights from any hatch from the earlier 400 or civic (possibly 600) right up to the last hatches at close of business.
