MK2 wing with body kit

Hi - my MK2 near side wheel arch vent is cracked and the wheel arch is scuffed.
I've been looking for a firefrost red wing/arch vent that did not need painting ... haven't seen anything, and been looking for a while, so may have to but one that need painting ... so could i please ask
Can a competent body shop swap the wings, and make the replacement wing look as good as the original was (prior to the breakage)?
Oh and what would be a typical man hour time for the swap?
Cheers

The wings are bolt on, so don't take long to swap, it is also possible get the crack repaired by plastic welding if the crack isn't too extensive, this would save you having to replace the wing.
