that first one is a rip off. I've never paid more than £50 for any of my Vipers (I've had 3 now!)

I had the one supposedly for the V6 and to be honest it was rubbish. Works well and sounds fantastic on the 1.4 but it just can't shift the air quick enough for the V6

Plus that's silly money for an off the shelf induction kit!

An open cone fitted to the inner wing or the BMC carbon filter are the only proven ways to go with the V6

does the BMC carbon filter sound good under the bonnet? was thinking bout getting it as the itg is just silly money and cant imagine it being THAT much better than the BMC.

Also, could i fit a bigger cone filter than one that was designed for the ZS 180 or would that be bad?

when it comes to the 180 the bigger the filter you can afford the better, more air flow is a very very good thing

The Viper will sound loud, which is quite unusual for a closed cone. I don't think the BMC or ITG will make much noise. I know my carbon induction kit didn't make any noise - the idle breather filter did though! lol
