Afrer reading through the plethora of ebay rules and policies it seems there is no transparent method to report such a listing. Has anyone ever tried to report a listing that looks fraudulent? A car that has been known to have been clocked by as much as 30k miles needs to be reported. No wonder people get ripped off as they can't contact anyone with a specific issue. I tried when I got ripped off on here before xmas and got no communication back whatsoever. A total waste of time.
