South Wales Police Driving School had one in early eighties. Never got to drive it though but they reported it as being the fastest car on the fleet. As long as it was kept in a straight line that is when turbo kicked in.
The others were Granada Ghia X pack and 4.2 Jags.

i sold it to buy a Rover 216 GTi, then a Rover 220 GTi, then a Rover 220 GSi then the ZS....i guess you could say i'm an MG / Rover kinda guy! lol
I had 2 MG Maestro's before the Montego - a 1.6 then a 2.0
