Have a look for threads about the Sheddist Kit he has come up with an upgrade to replace the original one and he can be found on XPF.

The sheist kit is around £150 and replaces the whole of the clutch hydralics system, it comes with instructions on DVD rom which can be printed out if need be.

If you stay with the original system you may need to replace the gearbox mount for the slave cylinder as well and the cost of these parts is higher than the sheddist kit.
