Just taken my bumper off and...
... found this rather odd shaped piece of metal hiding under the washer bottle!
Anyone have any idea's as to where it's suppose to go?
I had a quick squint about, but couldn't work it out for the life of me!

never seen anything like it before, was it just resting on the bumper under the washer bottle or clipped/bolted on somewhere, as if it was just loose it may have been collected from the road and bounced it's way in there.

Thanks Ralph!
Sorry about the xpf image in the background, didn't twig till I just looked at the picture!
So does no one have a clue? I don't think it can be THAT important as the car hasn't fallen apart (yet!)
ZSTurbo: It was just laying on the bottom of the plastic arch liner behind the bumper, below the washer bottle...

As I said on XPF it looks like the end of a clutch cable.
